These terms apply to the use of the WhatsApp ordering assistants provided by Nexora Systems ("Nexora Systems").

The service

We set up and operate an automated assistant on a client business's WhatsApp Business number. The assistant answers customer messages, shares the client's products and prices, and passes confirmed orders to the client.

Orders

Orders are placed with the business you are messaging, not with Nexora Systems. That business is responsible for prices, availability, delivery, payment and refunds.

Automated replies

Replies are generated automatically and may occasionally be wrong. The business confirms every order before it is fulfilled. Ask for a person at any time and your request is passed to the business.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive or fraudulent messages. We may limit or block numbers that abuse the service.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate catalogue information and follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable law.
